Our new summer menu launches this week and is packed with fresh, seasonal ingredients like heritage tomatoes from Sussex and black figs from Spain.
For Les Entrées why not try black figs with Bayonne Ham and rocket salad; or homemade ham rillettes and veal escalope layered with sage. You might also enjoy les escargots in garlic butter and served with toasted sourdough; or for southern Mediterranean flavours, try the braised squid with chorizo, chickpea, garlic, chilli and coriander.
Summery main courses feature pan-fried scallops, borlotti beans, romesco sauce; and veal saltimbocca alla romana, marsala sauce.
Deserts make the most of the summer’s fruits and include peach melba; and cherry and kirsch parfait.

Our summer special Prix Fixe Menu celebrates the abundance and wonderful produce of the summer months. The two-course £20 menu changes daily and features specials such as English asparagus with poached egg and hollandaise; risotto of broad beans, peas and parmesan; grilled onglet steak; and chicken supreme with creamy mushrooms.
We even have a couple of tables on the terrace, so you can enjoy the sunshine while you dine.
We recommend booking a table, as lunchtime can be busy, but if you’re passing just call in and we’ll look after you.
